We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to Square. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.

Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If problems continue, please contact our Customer Service Team at customer@bambouattitude.com who will notify our technical staff of the issue.

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email within a short time of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, you can email to confirm the placement of your order – customer@bambouattitude.com

Import duties, taxes, and charges vary from country to country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your local government customs department or authority to find out if personal purchases up to a certain value are liable to attract any import duty or taxes.

Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand, some highly popular items may run out of stock. Our focus is on keeping up with latest fashion, and our products are only available while stocks last.

We want you to wear your Bambou for a long long time. Here’s a few tips!
Bamboo fibre – Our Bamboo fibre range range is easy care, machine washable in warm to cold water and is best left to dry hanging up and not in a dryer. Hang it straight away and it won’t need an iron!
Our cotton range is made from preshrunk cotton fibre. Wash in warm to cold and keep dark colours with other similar colours. Please don’t iron directly on your hand screenprinted design – iron inside out!
Tencel and Modal – Warm or Cold Machine wash – probably won’t need an iron either!
Cotton/Silk – Warm hand wash, but it will dry super fast!

By law, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of underwear unless the item is faulty. Please contact us for this and any other returns you may need.
