All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 -3 business days. We use Sendle for our domestic delivery. Parcel delivery times will then apply once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking notification.
We will soon offer Star Track as a shipping option in case you want your Bambou Attitude super fast! You can expect delivery within 1-2 business days, depending on your location in Australia. We will ensure you receive tracking details to watch your attitude arrive every step of the way!

Be aware that different countries have customs rules and regulations unique to their laws. Unfortunately if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).
As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.
We will make every effort to get your entire order out to you as quickly as possible. If any items are out of stock we will let you know via email and give you the choice whether to send out your items straight away or wait until all your items are available and be sent out all together.
Bambou Attitude will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Customs and import charges for international orders Depending on the country of destination, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery.
